Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to digital subscription purchases made on https://www.phynixeducation.com operated by Phoenix Education.

1. Nature of Our Products

We sell digital educational services (IELTS mock tests, learning tools, and subscription access). These are intangible products delivered online immediately or shortly after successful payment. There is no physical product to return.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order due to a technical error
  • Payment was charged but subscription access was not activated within a reasonable time
  • An incorrect amount was charged due to a verified billing error on our side
  • We cancel a paid plan before you receive meaningful access to the purchased service

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after you have started using paid mock tests or premium features
  • Failure to achieve a desired IELTS band score
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Partial use of a billing period when canceling a subscription mid-cycle (unless required by law)

4. How to Request a Refund

Email phynixeducation@gmail.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Order / transaction ID from SSLCommerz or your billing history
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing Timeline

After a refund is approved, we will process it within 7 to 10 working days. The refunded amount is returned to the original payment method used at checkout (card, mobile banking, or other channel via SSLCommerz). Your bank or wallet provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

6. Cancellations

You may stop renewing or switching plans according to the options available in your student billing area. Cancellation of future access does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period unless you qualify under Section 2.
