3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Paid plans are charged as displayed at checkout, in the stated currency (typically BDT).
- Payments are processed through SSLCommerz or other authorized payment partners.
- Access to paid features begins after successful payment confirmation.
- Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade) follow the pricing and rules shown at checkout.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or publicly redistribute proprietary test content without permission
- Attempt to bypass security, scoring systems, or payment controls
- Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, test materials, software, and related materials remain the property of Phynix Education or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal educational purposes during an active subscription.
7. Disclaimers
Practice scores and AI feedback are estimates for learning purposes and are not official IELTS results. We do not guarantee any specific band score in a real IELTS examination. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phynix Education is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
